The Flyers have agreed to terms with 19-year-old Swedish defenseman Robert Hagg, the team announced Friday.
Hagg, 6-2, 204 pounds, is known as a smooth puck mover with good blue-line size. He was selected by the Flyers in the second round (41st overall) in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft and has been playing for MODO of the Swedish Hockey League. He has tallied a goal with five assists and 47 penalty minutes in 50 games. Hagg also won a silver medal with Sweden in the World Junior Championships.
