When the Washington Redskins traded up to draft Robert Griffin III in 2012, they paid a high price. As a result of that trade, the St. Louis Rams received Washington's second-round pick in 2012 and first-round picks in 2013 and 2014.
The Redskins regressed in 2013, going 3-13 as Griffin struggled with injuries. The team replaced Mike Shanahan with Jay Gruden as head coach this offseason.
