Borussia Dortmund schedule: Bundesliga fixtures 2014/2015
Borussia Dortmund
Borussia Dortmund finished last season second in Bundesliga, behind only Bayern Munich. BVB's leading goalscorer was recently-departed Robert Lewandowski, who led the entire league with 20 goals. Marco Reus, who was forced to sit out the World Cup due to injury, led the league in assists, finishing the season with 14. After winning the World Cup with Germany, Mats Hummels headlines Dortmund's defense.
Lewandowski officially left the club this offseason to join Bayern Munich, and Dortmund will try to replace him with Adrian Ramos, formerly of Hertha Berlin. BVB also added 21-year-old American Joseph Gyau from 1899 Hoffenheim in the offseason. Manager Jurgen Klopp returns to the club, where he has coached since 2008.
