Sampdoria schedule: Serie A fixtures 2014/2015
U.C. Sampdoria
Sampdoria finished in 12th place in Serie A last season. The team's leading scorer was Citadin Eder, with 12 goals. Manolo Gabbiadini was close behind with eight goals.
This offseason, the team was sold to film producer Massimo Ferrero, ending a 12-year run of ownership by the Garrone family. The sale was completed for 12 million Euros. The club added Argentina international goalkeeper Sergio Romero and two English Premier League players in Alfred Duncan (on loan from Internazionale) and Jose Campana, but lost Germany international Shkodran Mustafi to Valencia.
