The Ghana Football Association has announced that it will "mutually" part ways with manager James Kwesi Appiah.

Appiah has coached the Ghana national team for the past two years.

On Wednesday, Ghana beat Togo 3-2 in African Cup of Nations qualification. Last weekend, they drew 1-1 with Uganda.

Multiplereports state that former Ghana manager Milovan Rajevac could take over for Appiah. Rajevac coached the team from 2008 to 2010.

Ghana's next match will be a qualifier against Guinea in October.
