Pep Guardiola: 'I will stay here at Bayern'
Despite speculation that he could move to the English Premier League this summer, Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola said he has no plans to leave the Bundesliga club.
"I have a contract and I will stay here at Bayern," Guardiola told reporters, according to FIFA.com. "That’s all."
The Spaniard has been with Bayern since June 2013 and has led the club to back-to-back Bundesliga titles. Prior to coming to Munich, Guardiola led Barcelona to three La Liga championships and twice led Barca to the UEFA Champions League title.
There has been persistent speculation that Guardiola will jump to the EPL and replace Manuel Pellegrini as the top man at Manchester City.
