Sports world congratulates United States on World Cup victory

After the United States won the Women's World Cup on Sunday, athletes from across the sports world congratulated the team on its victory.
The U.S. beat Japan 5–2 in Sunday's World Cup final after racing to a 4–0 lead just 16 minutes into the game. Athletes from all the major American pro leagues took to Twitter after the game to congratulate the American women.
Among the athletes honoring the team was New Orleans Pelicans guard Jrue Holiday, whose wife, Lauren, is a midfielder for the U.S. and scored the game's third goal.
