Watch: Vieira nutmegs own player at NYCFC training
Jason Hernandez tried to take the ball off his manager during a training exercise. It didn't work.

Everyone once in a while, first-year manager Patrick Vieira might remind his New York City FC players that he was a world-class midfielder.
One of those occasions came Tuesday, when Vieira had some fun at practice by nutmegging veteran defender Jason Hernandez during a training exercise.
With a deft touch from his left foot, Vieira, the former Arsenal and France star, slotted the ball through Hernandez's legs as he tried to close out, much to the delight of his other players taking part. Hernandez buried his head in dismay before picking himself back up with a knowing smile on his face.
As the saying goes, form is temporary, class is permanent.
