Cristiano Ronaldo headlines Portugal's Euro 2016 roster
Cristiano Ronaldo will lead Portugal at Euro 2016 after being named as one of the 23 players on manager Fernando Santos's roster.
Ronaldo, who will play for another Champions League title later this month with Real Madrid, and other veterans like Joao Moutinho, Nani, Pepe, Ricardo Carvalho and Ricardo Quaresma are joined by younger talents William Carvalho and Renato Sanches, the latter of which just moved to Bayern Munich from Benfica in a $40 million transfer.
Ronaldo is Portugal's all-time leading goal scorer, with 56 tallies in his international career.
He'll look to add to that total when Portugal plays against qualifying darling Iceland, Hungary and Austria in a balanced Group F.
