After receiving a pass from Josef Martinez, Messi made several soft touches on the ball, before racing toward the Union goal. The global superstar then launched a rocket to the far post from 30-plus yards out.

Philadelphia goalkeeper Andre Blake, despite sprawling to his left, was simply helpless to stop the blast from distance.

Inter Miami went on to defeat Philadelphia, 4-1, and will play the winner of Tuesday night’s match between CF Monterrey and Nashville SC.
