How to watch Coventry City vs Sunderland
Sunderland travel to The MKM Stadium to face Hull City on Saturday, and they will be keen to quickly return to winning ways.
The Black Cats threw away a lead before losing to West Brom last week, although they have shown an impressive ability to bounce back from defeats this season.
They will also hope to be buoyed by the return of Ross Stewart, who has missed the last 15 games with a thigh injury.
Here is how you can watch the action.
When: Saturday 24 February, 12:30pm GMT/7:30am EST/4:30am PST
Where: CBS Arena, Coventry
Referee: Dean Whitestone
How to watch Coventry vs Sunderland in the UK
- Sky Sports Football, Sky Sports Main Event
- NowTV
- SAFC Live (With VPN but under heavy restrictions)
Well there is good news and there is bad news on this front. It's obviously good news whenever a broadcaster selects Sunderland for live coverage, as it makes it easier for people to watch the game.
Obviously some of the bad news is that you will need a Sky Sports subscription - or pub (back to good news again?) - to watch it.
As usual with games selected for live coverage by EFP broadcast partners, there will be a SAFC Live stream but only with a VPN and the available countries list will be much more limited than usual. Typically, these are as follows:
Indonesia
Israel
Italy
Philippines
South Korea
Spain
Thailand
All Sub-Saharan African countries including South Africa
There is another option if you don't have a Sky Sports subscription, though. You can get NowTV, which will stream the game live and can be cancelled at any time.
How to watch Coventry vs Sunderland in the US
- ESPN+
- SAFC Live
It is probably the US Sunderland fans that will be impacted the most by the Coventry game being selected for live television broadcast.
The game will therefore not be included in the standard season-card streaming package as it is being shown in ESPN+ instead. Which is great if you have ESPN+, or have been looking for an excuse to buy it.
US-based Sunderland fans can also go down the SAFC Live VPNN route too with the same restrictions as those mentioned in the UK section.
