Sunderland return to Championship action this weekend as they head to The Den to face Millwall.

Tony Mowbray's men are just three points shy of the play-off positions, although they will have to cope without top scorer Ross Stewart for the rest of the season.

There is still plenty of attacking talent in the Sunderland squad, though, and January arrival Joe Gelhardt is expected to make his debut.

Here is how you can watch the game.

When: Saturday 4 February, 3pm GMT/10am EST/7am PST
Where: The Den, London
Referee: Thomas Bramall

How to watch Millwall vs Sunderland in the UK

As ever, it is a lot harder to watch your team play if you are in the UK than if you are anywhere else. That is something the EFL really need to look at.

The game will be streamed live of SAFSee, although you will need a streaming pass and a VPN to access it.

Millwall TV is another option but the same restrictions apply and you'll need a log-in - and your money will go to the London club.

How to watch Millwall vs Sunderland in the US

  • SAFSee (all international viewers)
  • Millwall

Because the game hasn't been selected by an EFL broadcast partner in the US (Middlesbrough vs Blackpool has), there are no blackout restrictions on the Sunderland game.

International viewers can therefore watch the game as usual via SAFsee.
