‘Heading in the right direction’ - Sunderland midfielder tipped to fulfil England dream
Dwight Yorke thinks Sunderland midfielder Jobe Bellingham definitely has a chance of playing in the same England team as brother Jude.
Jude Bellingham is arguably the best player in the world right now, and the Real Madrid star will be hoping to lead England to success at Euro 2024 this summer.
Jobe is developing at Sunderland in his shadow to some extent, and comparisons are always going to be inevitable.

Yorke, though, a former Sunderland midfielder himself, definitely thinks he has a chance.
Speaking to Instant Casino, Yorke said: “Could the Bellingham brothers play for England?
“Well it doesn’t happen that often to have two brothers playing for their country at the same time.
“There’s a lot of attention around Jobe getting to the same level that Jude is at but they’re both heading in the right direction.
“It would be great for the family if they play together for England but there’s still some work to be done.”
Jobe is one among many young Sunderland players being tipped for big things.
While he still looks a couple of years away from a genuine breakout, Jack Clarke appears to have matured beyond Championship level now.
He will almost certainly move on this summer, but Yorke says he needs to keep his feet on the ground and keep working if he’s going to attract the interest from the biggest clubs.
“I don’t know enough about him and I wouldn’t want to speculate about him playing for Man United,” he said.
“Big clubs are always looking for young talent from the Championship so he just needs to continue to impress.”
