Daune Morris Commits To USC Trojans
2025 three-star athlete Daune Morris (Chattanooga, Tenn.) committed to the USC Trojans over the Tennessee Volunteers and others on Sunday.
Oakland High School athlete Daune Morris's breakout junior campaign landed him on several national programs' radar. He logged 2,633 all-purpose yards and 36 total touchdowns, video-game numbers that rivaled anyone within Tennessee's state borders. The Vols were looking closely to see if they wanted to make a big push in this recruitment, but he seems to have ended it early.
Morris committed to the USC Trojans on Sunday evening, giving the West Coast power another dynamic prospect in the pipeline. According to the On3 Industry Rankings, he ranks as the No. 494 prospect in the 2025 class. USC has ten commits in its 2025 class and has prioritized the southern regions in recent weeks. They landed several prospects from the state of Georgia a few weeks ago and now take one from the state of Tennessee.
