Tommy Haas has enjoyed quite a week at the Sony Open.
On Tuesday night, the soon-to-be 35-year-old upset Novak Djokovic 6-2, 6-4 in the fourth round to become the oldest man in 30 years to beat a No. 1 player. Twenty-four hours later, the 18th-ranked Haas dominated No. 13 Gilles Simon 6-3, 6-1 to make his first ATP Masters semifinal in seven years. The German will face No. 5 David Ferrer on Friday.
Haas is already guaranteed to crack the top 15 in next week's rankings, the best position in more than five years for the former No. 2, who was ranked No. 146 a year ago. After the jump, check out a sampling of the Twitter reaction to Haas' run. Even a Grammy-nominated singer chimed in.
