It was a divided household at the start of the day, but a united one by the end. Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf showed their solidarity after the United States and Germany advanced out of the World Cup group stage after some tense moments.

On the final day of group play in the World Cup (also Day 4 at Wimbledon), Germany beat the U.S. 1-0 to clinch Group G, but the U.S. moved on thanks to Portugal's 2-1 win over Ghana.

Agassi and Graf weren't the only tennis celebrating the result. Tommy Haas, who was born in Germany but earned U.S. citizenship in 2010, was also pleased to see his two home nations advance.
