SI Tennis Podcast: World Team Tennis Washington Kastles owner Mark Ein

SI Tennis Behind the Baseline Podcast: Jon Wertheim talks with in-studio guest Mark Ein, the owner of the Washington Kastles of the World Team Tennis league.

In this week's episode of the SI Tennis Beyond the Baseline Podcast, Sports Illustrated executive editor Jon Wertheim talks with in-studio guest Mark Ein, the owner of the Washington Kastles of the World Team Tennis league.

An investor, entrepreneur and philanthropist, Ein is the owner and founder of the Washington Kastles, who just won their fifth straight World Team Tennis conference title. This year the Kastles team featured Leander Paes, Martina Hingis, Denis Kudla, Sam Querrey, Madison Brengle and others. Ein discusses WTT as a whole and what makes the league different from other tennis tournaments and sports leagues. He also reveals why and how he decided to buy a WTT team, how he decided on the name of the team, his views as a USTA board member, his own experiences playing on the ATP Tour (he has points!) and more.
