Watch: Nick Kyrgios curses at umpire, threatens to quit match
Nick Kyrgios was ousted in the second round at Indian Wells on Saturday, and he didn’t go quietly.
After falling behind 3-2 to Spain's Albert Ramos-Vinolas in the second set, Kyrgios was docked a point by a line umpire for using “the F word.” The 20-year-old then appealed to the chair umpire, claiming that he never used the word.
“What the f--- just happened?” Kyrgios asked. “I didn’t say anything.”
“One more bad thing happens and I’m not playing” he added.

The match was Kyrgios’s first since missing Australia’s Davis Cup loss to the United States due to illness. The incident comes just a month after he was suspended 28 days for making derogatory comments about Stan Wawrinka’s girlfriend in August. He was also fined $25,000.
The Australian is also at the center of a feud with Davis Cup teammate Bernard Tomic, who accused Kyrgios of faking the illness that kept him out of the competition.
Ramos-Vinolas went on to win 7-6 (7-4) 7-5.
