Tom Brady will take over as the No. 1 color commentator at Fox this upcoming NFL season, replacing Greg Olsen, who held the role since 2021.

Some NFL fans don't love that Olsen is being demoted just for Brady to step in, and it sounds as though at least a few NFL players may feel the same way, like Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

He understood why Fox is making the switch to have Brady join the network, but he thinks Olsen is great at what he does, which is the general consensus from fans as well.

“I love my guy Greg Olsen. They kind of did him dirty over there at Fox,” Kelce said on this week's New Heights podcast. “But I mean, it’s Tom Brady, what can you do, right? Sometimes you just gotta do your thing. And Greg does a f------ tremendous job. He called our Super Bowl game and he was f------ fantastic doing that.”

His older brother Jason, who just recently was announced to be joining the ESPN Monday Night Countdown crew, reiterated this and said Olsen was "phenomenal" at what he does.

Olsen will be partnered with play-by-play announcer Joe Davis for the network's No. 2 team, while Brady will work alongside Kevin Burkhardt.
