I know what you want from a shotgun in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III: you want something with slugs that hit hard enough to send enemies running after one shot – assuming their legs are still attached, that is. Well the Lockwood 680 is for you, especially if you build your loadout correctly.

This weapon can be an absolute powerhouse, and in this guide we’re breaking down the key attachments you need to extend its range and damage massively, making it incredibly powerful in pretty much any indoor environment.

For everything you need to know to build the best Lockwood 680 for multiplayer and Warzone, just read through our attachment breakdown below.

This Lockwood 680 loadout we’ve put together has incredible damage, shredding the closest dummy in the Firing Range with a single shot, and eliminating the medium-range dummy in just two shots. A two-shot kill in multiplayer at this kind of range makes the Lockwood 680 very powerful, so equip these attachments and try it for yourself.

  • Barrel: Bryson Hammerforged Long Barrel
  • Stock: Sawed Off Mod
  • Bolt: Express Light Bolt
  • Guard: Matuzek XRay Skeletonized Guard
  • Ammunition: 12 Gauge Slug

It’s all pretty self-explanatory, but let’s break it down anyway. The Hammerforged Long Barrel gives you loads of extra range, and since we’re hoping to take down most enemies in one or two shots, the mobility boost is worth the Sawed Off Mod.

The 12 Gauge Slug is what brings this build home though, officially making this weapon far more deadly than without. At close-range this should take down fully-armored players in Warzone with just two shots – not even aimed at the head. It’s deadly, reliable, and yours for the taking.
