COD Warzone: best Cronen Squall loadout

A new season means a new set of weapons has been added to both Call of Duty Modern Warfare II and Warzone 2.0. We’ve already covered the best FJX Imperium build in our season 3 one-shot sniper guide, but now it’s time to focus on the Cronen Squall.

The Cronen Squall is a battle rifle with excellent range that can potentially replace your favorite assault rifle entirely. It can be equipped with a 50-round drum magazine, and it still won’t take too long to reload. Best Cronen Squall loadout – COD MW2 and Warzone

• Optic: AIM OP-V4
• Barrel: HR 6.8 Barrel
• Muzzle: Sakin Tread-40
• Underbarrel: Demo Firm Grip
• Magazine: 50 Round Drum

This will require a little bit of explaining. You can change the optic out for anything you prefer, but the rest of the gun focuses heavily on ensuring you have a precise and stable shot at all times, even with the fairly high rate of fire of the Cronen Squall – for a battle rifle, that is.

For example, not many of our recommended loadouts come with an Underbarrel, but when this gun is stable it is most effective, and that’s our recommendation. You could also sacrifice the 50 Round Drum, if you prefer more movement speed, but the large capacity will likely help more in a variety of firefights, especially if you carefully pick your moments to reload.

You should tweak the weapon tuning for damage range and stability, where possible.
