We’re getting closer and closer to opening the gates of hell with the Diablo 4 unlock times being almost upon us – at least for everyone who’s purchased the early access version. Even if you’re among the group of players starting their adventure on June 6, 2023, when the game’s Standard Edition becomes available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S, you’ll be able to work on the most important aspect of Diablo 4: upgrading your drip.

Diablo 4 Twitch Drops will enable you to obtain exclusive cosmetic items and other rewards just by watching streamers play the game. Here’s everything you need to know about which Diablo 4 Twitch Drops exist and how you obtain them.

Diablo 4 Twitch Drops: Week 1 – Rogue and Necromancer

  • Requirement: Watching at least three hours of Diablo 4 content on an eligible streamer’s channel.
  • Items for watching three hours: Azurehand Back-Stabber Dagger Weapon Recolor, Azurehand Heart-Piercer Sword Weapon Recolor.
  • Items for watching six hours: Matron-Sigil Coffer Back Trophy (Rogue), Progenitor Favor Back Trophy (Necromancer).

  • Requirement: Gifting two Twitch subscriptions to an eligible streamer’s channel.
  • Item: Primal Instinct Mount.

Find the list of eligible Twitch channels here. To be able to obtain Twitch Drops, you’ll need to navigate here and click the “Connect” link for Twitch. Follow the instructions to complete the process of linking your Twitch and Battle.net accounts. Make sure you're logged into Twitch when watching streams.

You need to claim your drops in Twitch manually through the “Drops Inventory” menu on the streaming platform, otherwise they won’t show up in the game. Do so in a span of seven days, otherwise the items get deleted.
