Enshrouded’s world becomes a whole lot easier to explore once you have the Grappling Hook to traverse it. Suddenly gaps become naught but a minor inconvenience, and going around the long way is a thing of the past. If you want to craft it you don’t need to wait too long into your Enshrouded journey.

We’ll tell you how to craft a Grappling Hook in Enshrouded.

Once you’ve assembled your workbench, Grappling Hook will be one of the many things you’ll have the ability to craft there.

The recipe for a Grappling Hook is:

  • 4 Metal Scraps
  • 7 String
  • 10 Shroud Spores

String is the easiest to get, as you can craft three plant fibers into a string at any time.

Metal Shard can be dropped by the smaller scavenger enemies you find in the shroud, or in places like chests and abandoned ruins – destroying any metal objects will also give them to you.

Shroud Spores are more difficult, as you’ll have to take on the larger enemies in the Shroud, as only they drop them. Still, as long as you go in prepared with a decent weapon and a bit of protection, you’ll be ok.
