Premier League TOTS in FIFA 23 is almost upon us, and as usual the well-informed insider community of FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) is one step ahead of EA Sports when it comes to naming the athletes honored with a TOTS card.

The Premier League, being the world’s financially strongest competition and thus attracting a lot of global talent, is always a highlight of the program and once again opens the festivities.
