Genshin Impact 3.4 events

Several events are planned to be included in Genshin Impact 3.4, bringing new gameplay elements as well as the opportunity to earn primogems and other material to the table.

  • Lantern Rite Festival – four minigames, a decorated Liyue Harbor, and the opportunity to earn one 4-star character from Liyue for free

The minigames include Paper Theater, where you'll have to move around objects on a stage to help with the performance, Radiant Sparks, a parkour game, Floating Lanterns' Mystique, a sailing challenge with the Waverider, and a combat challenge.

Lantern Rite Festival also features a login event granting you ten Intertwined Fates and will provide three additional Intertwined Fates through the in-game mail.

Storywise, Lantern Rite Festival features a music festival this year, which also brings characters like Venti to Liyue Harbor. We also get to hand out with Ganyu and Cloud Retainer to hear some stories.

  • Almighty Arataki Extraordinary and Exhilarating Extreme Beetle Brawl – a fighting game style minigame featuring Onikabuto beetles.
  • Warrior's Spirit – combat challenge without elemental abilities, where you have parry and counter with good timing.
  • Second Blooming – a combat challenge in which you have to build three teams that interlink with each other, creating unique bonuses that help you clear the stages.

Genshin Impact 3.4 skins

Two new skins are coming to the game in update 3.4 with Kamisato Ayaka and Lisa receiving different outfits.

Ayaka’s new look includes a dress in a more western style, while Lisa goes back to her roots and wears clothes she favored back when she was a student at Sumeru’s Akademiya.

You’ll need to use in-game currency to unlock Ayaka’s fresh drip, but will be able to earn Lisa’s outfit during the Second Blooming event.

Genshin Impact 3.4 map update

Sumeru’s desert area is about to become even more vast with update 3.4 expanding the limits of the playable space further. Did you ever wonder what the giant sandstorm visible from most of the desert is all about? Well you don’t have to guess for much longer, because we get to explore that area in the next update.

The sub-region Desert of Hadramaveth features a variety of ruins, caves, an oasis, several titanic Ruin Golem wrecks, and a hidden eremite camp. A new world boss, Setekh Wenut, is included as well, so players will need to farm materials in the area for some future characters. It's basically a sandworm from Dune with Anemo powers.

A new gadget will be needed to explore this region and navigate the treacherous sandstorms without getting lost.

The developers recommend that players finish the World Quest Golden Slumber before they enter the area, as a new World Quest will follow up on it.

Genshin Impact 3.4 TCG content

You’ll have to revise your Genius Invokation TCG tier lists and best decks after update 3.4 is out, because the patch will also include additional TCG content. Character cards for both Klee and Beidou are making their way into the card game.

Additionally, the Heated Battle Mode for PvP duels will be introduced. In this mode, there are no elemental dice rolls and both players start each round with eight Omni Dice.
