Genshin Impact Navia build and materials guide
Contents
Lead Spina di Rosula into a glorious future with the best Genshin Impact Navia build and honor the sacrifices made by those who did not survive the great crisis in Fontaine. Navia is leading her late father’s organization into the new era claymore (and gunbrella) in hand, using her Geo Vision for the good of the people.
Navia’s Elemental Skill, Ceremonial Crystalshot, gains charges whenever a character obtains an Elemental Shard created from the Crystallized reaction and Navia can store up to six of these at once. When Navia uses her skill, she consumes all of these charges by firing her gunbrella to deal Geo Damage to her targets. The more rounds hit a target, the higher their damage multiplier will become. Holding the skill button allows Navia to enter aiming mode, giving her more control over targeting. Using her skill also infuses her Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks with Geo for a short time.
Her Elemental Burst, As the Sunlit Sky’s Singing Salute, unleashes a massive bombardment on the area of effect, dealing Geo Damage to every enemy inside. For a duration afterwards, fire will continue sporadically, restoring Navia’s Crystal Shrapnel charges upon hitting an enemy.
Another important note for team-building is that one of Navia’s passives increases her Attack by 20% up to two times for having party members of the Pyro, Electro, Cryo, and Hydro elements.
Best Navia weapons – Genshin Impact
Navia’s signature weapon, Verdict, is going to be an absolute beast in her hands. This halberd comes with increased Critical Hit Rate and Attack, allowing the wearer to obtain a Seal when an Elemental Shard from the Crystallize reaction is picked up. These Seals last for 15 seconds and the wielder can have up to two at the same time. Seals are consumed by using an Elemental Skill, boosting the damage of this skill greatly.
It perfectly complements Navia’s Elemental Skill, which is going to be her main source of damage.
Here are the best weapons for Navia in Genshin Impact:
- Verdict (5-star claymore)
- The Unforged (5-star claymore)
- Wolf’s Gravestone (5-star claymore)
- Serpent Spine (4-star claymore)
- Talking Stick (4-star claymore)
Best Navia artifacts – Genshin Impact
Navia is a lucky lady, as HoYoverse not only created a signature weapon for her, but also made sure to introduce a brand-new artifact set into the game that perfectly fits her needs. This set in Nighttime Whispers in the Echoing Woods and provides an 18% Attack buff at two pieces. Four pieces will provide a 20% Geo Damage bonus for ten seconds after using an Elemental Skill, which is amplified by 150% while the wearer is shielded by picking up a Crystallized Shard. This neatly improves Navia’s Geo-infused attacks after she uses her skill.
Until you’ve got fitting pieces of this new set farmed, you can combine two pieces of Gladiator’s Finale and Archaic Petra to bolster Navia’s damage output.
You should get the following stat distribution on Navia’s artifact set:
- Flower: HP (main stat), Critical Hit Damage, Critical Hit Rate, Energy Recharge, Attack % (secondary stats)
- Plume: Attack (main stat), Critical Hit Damage, Critical Hit Rate, Energy Recharge, Attack % (secondary stats)
- Sands: Attack % (main stat), Critical Hit Damage, Critical Hit Rate, Energy Recharge, Attack (secondary stats)
- Goblet: Geo Damage % (main stat), Critical Hit Damage, Critical Hit Rate, Energy Recharge, Attack % (secondary stats)
- Circlet: Critical Hit Damage or Critical Hit Rate (main stat), Critical Hit Damage or Critical Hit Rate, Energy Recharge, Attack %, Attack (secondary stats)
Best Navia teams – Genshin Impact
Navia is an on-field Main DPS and as mentioned above comes equipped with a passive ability that is able to further boost her Attack in the right team composition. Furthermore, Navia relies on a mixture of Normal Attacks and her Elemental Skill and Burst to deal damage. Her dependence on Crystallized Shards also means that she’s going to need some off-field elemental application to work with.
Xiangling and Bennett, the dastardly duo giving every enemy in the game nightmares, will not only provide plenty of Pyro effects to trigger Crystallize with, they will also provide healing, an Attack buff, and Pyro Resonance. Plus, they should trigger Navia’s passive ability. Zhongli is around to provide shields and resistance shred, increasing the offensive output Navia delivers, as well as create the Geo Resonance with her.
You can alter this composition by swapping in some other off-field character for Xiangling – Fischl, Yae Miko, Raiden Shogun, Yelan, Xingqiu, or Charlotte are all options. Furina is a good choice as a Bennett replacement, providing healing and offensive bonuses as well. Zhongli is best swapped out for someone like Albedo, Ningguang, or Yun Jin as you want to maintain the Geo Resonance. Yun Jin will be especially good if you have a diverse line-up with two different elements represented in the other two party slots.
Navia ascension materials – Genshin Impact
You’ll want to quickly raise Navia’s level when you finally pull her, which means that you’ll need to farm her ascension materials. You’ll also require some material to upgrade her talents.
Here’s what you need to get Navia to level 90:
- Prithiva Topaz Sliver x1
- Prithiva Topaz Fragment x9
- Prithiva Topaz Chunk x9
- Prithiva Topaz Gemstone x6
- Transoceanic Pearl x18
- Transoceanic Chunk x30
- Xenochromatic Crystal x36
- Spring of the First Dewdrop x168
- Artificed Spare Clockwork Component (Coppelius) x46
- Mora x2,092,530
Prithiva Topaz can be obtained from any Geo-affiliated boss on the world map, such as the Geo Hypostasis in Liyue. Transoceanic Pearls and Chunks as well as Xenochromatic Crystal are drops from the underwater critter found in Fontaine. For Artificed Spare Clockwork Component (Coppelius), you’ll need to defeat – surprise, surprise – Coppelius in Fontaine.
Spring of the First Dewdrop can be found in Fontaine’s Morte region between Poisson and the Ruins of Fort Charybdis, where you’ll have to do some diving. The best way to earn more Mora in the game is to farm golden Ley Line Blossoms.
Here’s what you need to upgrade all of Navia’s talents to their maximum level:
- Transoceanic Pearl x18
- Transoceanic Chunk x66
- Xenochromatic Crystal x93
- Teachings of Equity x9
- Guide to Equity x63
- Philosophies of Equity x114
- Lightless Silk String x18
- Crown of Insight x3
- Mora x4,957,500
For the materials already mentioned, check above. You’ll need to visit the Pale Forgotten Glory Domain on Monday, Thursday, and Sunday to farm Scrolls of Equity. Lightless Silk String is a boss item only dropped by the All-Devouring Narwhal, so you’ll need to confront that monster again and again.
Crowns of Insight are a rare item gained from time-limited events or regional reward mechanics like the Tree of Dreams in Sumeru, the Grand Narukami Shrine in Inazuma, or the Fountain of Lucine in Fontaine.
