Honkai: Star Rail 1.0 already comes with a bunch of special character banners to pull from. Just like in Genshin Impact, each update for Star Rail will feature different time-limited character and weapon banners in each half of a version. You can expect two character and weapon banners per patch for a good while, with the amount of banners only growing once the pool of available characters has grown large enough for reruns to make sense.

In addition to those, Honkai: Star Rail features a special banner to pull from for beginners, which is limited to a small number of attempts, as well as a standard banner that’s always available.

Seele is the first 5-Star character in Honkai: Star Rail to be featured in a time-limited banner. The first weapon banner in the game features her signature Light Cone, In the Night.

Here are all Honkai: Star Rail 1.0 banners.

Honkai: Star Rail 1.0 banners – Phase 1

Staying in the game from April 27, 2023, to May 17, 2023, you can find the following time-limited banners in Star Rail:

  • Butterfly on Swordtip: Seele (5-Star, The Hunt, Wind), Natasha (4-Star, The Abundance, Physical), Hook (4-Star, The Destruction, Fire), and Pela (4-Star, The Nihility, Ice).
  • Brilliant Fixation: In the Night (5-Star, The Hunt), Post-Op Conversation (4-Star, The Abundance), The Moles Welcome You (4-Star, The Destruction), and Good Night and Sleep Well (4-Star, The Nihility).

Seele

HoYoverse

Seele is an excellent single-target damage dealer thanks to her ability to jump up the turn order by building up more Speed. She gets an immediate second attack as well after finishing off an opponent, making her a real powerhouse.

Natasha

HoYoverse

Natasha is going to be your go-to healer for early on in the game, coming with a single-target heal as well as an area-of-effect heal. Getting additional Eidolons is useful on her, increasing her ability to tank damage and focus on helping out other characters.

Hook

HoYoverse

Hook is another single-target damage dealer, though she has some limited area-of-effect capabilities. She mostly relies on triggering Burn to deal damage.

Pela

HoYoverse

Pela is great at debuffing the enemy, reducing their Defense and removing positive effects on them. She regenerates energy whenever a debuff hits, which is great for getting her Ultimate up and running quickly.

Honkai: Star Rail 1.0 banners – Phase 2

Following the first phase, another set of time-limited banners becomes available until update 1.1 is released, which is likely to happen on June 8, 2023.

  • Swirl of Heavenly Spear: Jing Yuan (5-Star, The Erudition, Lightning), Sushang (4-Star, The Hunt, Physical), March 7th (4-Star, The Preservation, Ice), and Tingyun (4-Star, The Harmony, Lightning).
  • Brilliant Fixation: Before Dawn (5-Star, The Erudition), Day One of My New Life (4-Star, The Preservation), Planetary Rendevouz (4-Star, The Harmony), and Only Silence Remains (4-Star, The Hunt).

Jing Yuan

HoYoverse

Dealing lots of area-of-effect damage, Jing Yuan is perfect for clearing away waves of enemies. He has powerful follow-up capacities as well, allowing him to dish out a terrifying amount of damage.

Sushang

HoYoverse

Sushang is a very solid single-target attacker with Physical Damage. She's especially useful once you've got access to Trailblazer (Fire), replacing them as your main source of Physical Damage.

March 7th

HoYoverse

March 7th is a very good shielder and almost essential for anyone making frequent use of Clara. This is a great opportunity to get her Eidolon Levels.

Tingyun

HoYoverse

Tingyun is a top-tier support character and even if you have no interest in Jing Yuan, you should invest some pulls into his banner to secure yourself her services.
