Honkai: Star Rail – Natasha build and ascension guide
Contents
Come and get your shot with the best Honkai: Star Rail Natasha build that keeps your team alive and kicking. This good-hearted underground doctor and secret leader of Wildfire follows the Path of the Abundance and deals Physical Damage thanks to her immense gun. Natasha is going to be a staple in many teams, as she’s a free character and likely the first healer you’ll ever get in the game.
Natasha’s Skill, Love, Heal, and Choose, heals a single ally based on Natasha’s maximum HP. The target will gain lesser heals for two additional turns as well.
Her Ultimate, Gift of Rebirth, heals the entire party based on Natasha’s maximum HP, making her kit pretty straightforward and focused on keeping the team alive. Her Talent, Innervation, boosts Natasha’s Outgoing Healing whenever she targets an ally that has 30% HP or less.
Natasha’s Eidolon levels, which you get by pulling duplicates of her, have even more buffs to her healing powers in store. Level 1 focuses on her own survivability, though, automatically triggering a heal in herself once per battle in case she falls below 30% of her HP. Level 2 enables her Gift of Rebirth to provide healing for another turn to any ally at 30% HP or lower. Level 4 regenerates five extra Energy when Natasha is attacked, while the final and sixth level boosts Natasha’s own damage output by adding Physical Damage equal to 40% of her maximum HP to Normal Attacks.
Honkai: Star Rail – Natasha: best Light Cones
Natasha has access to a signature Light Cone, which is named Post-Op Conversation and is a pretty solid option for her as it boosts her Energy Regeneration Rate and Outgoing Healing when she uses her Ultimate, but it’s not her best choice.
Time Waits for No One, the signature Light Cone of Bailu, increases the wearer’s maximum HP and Outgoing Healing, which in Natasha’s case are both significantly boosting her healing power. In addition, this Light Cone will once per turn record the Outgoing Healing value for a heal and then deal damage to a random enemy based on that amount when the character healed by the wearer makes an attack. The Damage Type of this attack depends on the wearer of the Light Cone, enabling them to contribute a bit to the party's DPS output.
Best Light Cones for Natasha:
- Time Waits for No One (5-Star)
- Night of Fright (5-Star)
- Hey, Over Here (4-Star)
- Post-Op Conversation (4-Star)
- Warmth Shortens Cold Nights (4-Star)
- Shared Feeling (4-Star)
- Cornucopia (3-Star)
- Multiplication (3-Star)
Honkai: Star Rail – Natasha: best Relics
HP and Outgoing Healing are the two critical stats for Natasha you’ll want to boost through Relics, which isn’t surprising. Speed is always a great attribute to boost as well, as it allows for quicker actions and is a requirement for some Planar Ornaments to provide their full effects, so that’s another one to get. The same goes for Energy Regeneration Rate, which allows a character to get their Ultimate into action much sooner.
Best Relic Sets for Natasha:
- Passerby of Wandering Cloud (4) – +10% Outgoing Healing, recovers one Skill Point at the start of battle.
- Messenger Traversing Hackerspace (4) – +6% Speed, +12% Speed for all allies for one turn after the wearer uses their Ultimate on an ally.
Best Planar Ornaments for Natasha:
- Fleet of the Ageless (2) – +12% maximum HP, +8% Attack for all allies when the wearer’s Speed is 120 or higher.
- Sprightly Vonwacq (2) – +5% Energy Regeneration Rate, the wearer's action gets advanced forward by 40% upon entering battle when their Speed is 120 or higher.
Prioritize the following Relic and Planar Ornament stats for Natasha:
- Head – HP (Primary), HP %, Speed, Effect Resistance %, Defense %
- Hands – Attack (Primary), HP %, HP, Speed, Effect Resistance %
- Body – Outgoing Healing % (Primary), HP %, HP, Speed, Effect Resistance %
- Feet – HP % (Primary), HP, Speed, Effect Resistance %, Defense %

Honkai: Star Rail – Natasha: best teams
Natasha is useful on basically any team that needs a healer, which is most of them. While Bailu and Luocha are superior to Natasha in every way, the fact that she becomes available to everyone relatively early on for free is a big plus.
This is one of the best teams you can build at the moment in terms of DPS and it really benefits from having Natasha on board, as it has no capacity to generate shields.

Honkai: Star Rail – Natasha: ascension materials
Here’s everything you need to know to get Natasha ascended to the maximum level and upgrade all of her talents.
Natasha requires the following ascension materials to get to level 80 in addition to the necessary XP:
- Credits x246,000

You can collect Ancient Parts, Ancient Spindles, and Ancient Engines from enemies in the Robot Settlement or the Great Mine as well as the Simulated Universe. Ancient Parts are one of the base materials you can easily farm through the Daily Assignments to your characters, making for a steady income of the material.
Broken Teeth of Iron Wolf are dropped by the Stagnant Shadow in the Great Mine or gained through exchange. The best source of Credits is the Great Mine's Golden Calyx.
Natasha requires the following materials to upgrade her combat abilities and Traces:
- Credits x2,400,000
- Ancient Part x28
- Ancient Spindle x42
- Ancient Engine x42
- Seed of Abundance x12
- Sprout of Life x54

Guardian’s Lament is a rarer material only gained from the Echo of War (Everwinter Hill) domain, while Tracks of Destiny can be obtained during time-limited events, the Embers Exchange, the Nameless Honor, or as a Simulated Universe Points Reward.
