To become the powerhouse you were always meant to be LEGO Fortnite, you’ll need to build up a strong village full of reliable allies. We’ve already covered how to recruit villagers in LEGO Fortnite, and how to upgrade your village in LEGO Fortnite, but to truly reach your full potential, you’ll need to assign all of your villagers jobs.

Jobs will let them gather resources, refine them, or even craft things for you while you go out and explore the world. We’ll explain how to assign a job so you can get on with the important tasks, like petting chickens.

Villagers can do all sorts of different tasks in your LEGO Fortnite village / Epic Games

Pick the villager you need to do a job and have a chat with them. Then select the “Let’s talk about jobs” dialogue option. From there, you’ll be shown a list of jobs you can assign a villager to. What jobs are available depends on your village’s level and what stations you have built in your village.

For example, to process wood, you need to have reached village level 2 and have a Lumber Mill placed in your town where the villagers can access it. Once a villager is doing their job, you’ll be able to talk to them once per in-game day and gather whatever resources they’ve collected from doing their job.
