LEGO Fortnite: How to craft Marble Slabs
Levelling up your village in LEGO Fortnite requires you to make constant improvements and to gather or craft increasingly sophisticated resources and materials. The readily available Granite and Wood from very early in the game soon give way to uncommon raw materials like Knotroot and Marble.
One such material you will eventually need is Marble Slabs, which are crafted by transforming Marble. These refined pieces of Marble are a required resource to upgrade your village to Levels 7 and 8, among other uses.
Here’s all you need to know about crafting Marble Slabs in LEGO Fortnite.
How to get Marble in LEGO Fortnite
To craft Marble Slabs, you first need to get Marble. You can check out our guide on how to find Marble in LEGO Fortnite here, but all you need to know is that it’s found in Grassland Caves, and you need an Uncommon Pickaxe to get the Marble. Some Marble deposits will be easy to grab, while others will require you to build stairs inside the cave to reach them.
How to craft Marble Slabs in LEGO Fortnite
Once you have Marble, you need to build a Stone Breaker in your village to refine that Marble into Marble Slabs. The Stone Breaker station becomes available after you’ve built other stations and have levelled up your village, so if you can’t see it in the build menu, continue improving your village.
The Stone Breaker station costs 35 Marble and 20 Knotroot, and both these materials can be extracted in Grassland Caves, with Knotroot requiring an Uncommon Axe to grab.
After building the Stone Breaker, you can make one Marble Slab per unit of Marble just by depositing your Marble in the station. Like with other refining stations in the game, you can deposit up to 30 units of Marble in one go, and then return in a bit to collect your Marble Slabs.
