You can check out our Fortnite v28.20 patch notes for details on what’s going on with the battle royale, but now we’ll tell you everything you need to know about what’s new in the latest LEGO Fortnite patch.

The Hunting Dagger is a new weapon added to LEGO Fortnite that gives you a different options from a sword, and it’s said to work best when your target is distracted – implying it may do greater damage when attacking from behind. It comes in everything from Common to Epic tiers, with each tier requiring a different cut gem to craft.

New LEGO skins – LEGO Fortnite v28.20

  • Black Widow
  • Blitz Brigade
  • Crossbar Crusher
  • Formation Fighter
  • Launch Day Lewis Hamilton

  • Snap Squad
  • TD Titan

Improved LEGO skins – LEGO Fortnite v28.20

When LEGO Fortnite first launched and such a huge number of skins were converted to LEGO, they weren’t all as good as they could’ve been. The Fortnite team aren’t resting on their laurels though, and are going back to update a lot of existing LEGO skins, offering more detailed versions that better represent the originals:

  • Candyman
  • Cuddle King
  • Fallen Love Ranger
  • Heartbreaker
  • Lovely
  • Lovethorn
  • Pinkie
  • Queen of Hearts
  • Tess

Faster flying – LEGO Fortnite v28.20

Among the many miscellaneous updates for this patch is an increase to the flying speed when you’re in sandbox worlds. This is a huge improvement as LEGO Fortnite’s worlds can be pretty big, and navigating them isn’t easy.

On top of that, it’s now easier to place buildings closer to each other, so there’s no more fiddling around with positioning your building. Plus, to avoid Village Squares constantly breaking, you can no longer place a Village Square on an object that aren’t attached to the ground.

Bug fixes – LEGO Fortnite v28.20

Finally, there are a whole host of bugs fixed in this update. A lot of small issues have been resolved, like how you’d end up losing resourced if you upgraded a crafting bench while another player was using it, or how some recipes wouldn’t unlock if you picked up the resources from chests rather than the ground.
