Once a year, a little company called EA reminds us all who the dominant athletes are in the NFL, thanks to the Madden 99 Club. These are a handful of football stars at their peak, surpassing most of their peers in raw natural talent, securing a 99 overall (OVR) score in the latest Madden game.
