There are many different ways to stock up on all the resources you’ll need in Minecraft Legends. We already have guides on how to gather iron, coal, redstone, and diamonds, as well as how to get the Lapis you’ll need to spawn your armies. However, one of the quickest ways to get your hands on a pile of loot is by opening the Piglin chests you can find in outposts and bases.

You can’t just crack them open on your own though, as they require Piglin Keys to unlock, which is an item you’ll need to find out in the world. We’ll tell you how to easily find Piglin Keys.

Where to find Piglin Keys – Minecraft Legends

Minecraft Legends Piglin Chest

Unsurprisingly, if you’re going to get Piglin Keys, you’ll need to go and fight Piglins.

Some of the Piglins that spawn in outposts and bases might hold a key, but your best bet to rack up as many keys as you want is to take out the random Piglin patrols scattered around the overworld.

During the day, these small groups of Piglins can be found in the areas surrounding bases and outposts. You’ll know you’re in such an area when nether particles fill the air around you. It’s much easier to find them at night though, as these patrols can spawn just about anywhere during the night.

All you need to do is keep charging in and you’ll eventually pick up some keys that you can later spend on chests.
