Pokémon Scarlet & Violet’s DLCs are close at hand, and while there’s a bunch of excitement around the returning Pokémon in the Teal Mask and Indigo Disk, there are several new Pokémon coming our way too. Most of these are new legendaries that are the main attraction for this DLC, but some of them are also new evolutions on existing Pokémon.

Here is a full list of every new Pokémon in the Scarlet & Violet DLC.

Dipplin

Pokémon Dipplin
Nintendo

This adorable thing is a new evolution of Applin and the origin of its design is clear, as it looks a lot like a candy apple. The creature inside of the apple has also grown stronger and more visible when poking out of the apple, so it will probably retain its Dragon typing. Perhaps adding Poison, as too much sugar will do that to you.

Archaludon

Nintendo

Another new evolution has been revealed as Archaludon takes the stage. Duraludon was certainly not a Pokémon we expected to get the spotlight, but here we are as this thing stands tall like the mightiest Power Ranger villain you’ve ever seen.

Munkidori

Pokémon Munidori
Nintendo

The first of four new legendaries coming in the Teal Mask, Munkidori is the smallest of the group and, like a couple of the others features the new Toxic Chain ability, which can poison enemy Pokémon easily. Safe to say this Pokémon will be at least part Poison-type then.

Okidogi

Nintendo

With the head of a corgi and the body of a gorilla, Okidogi looks like an absolute monster, yet is still somehow adorable. Based on its body it could either be Grass or Fighting-type, but once again Poison is almost a certainty.

Fezandipiti

Pokémon Fezandipiti

This typing is a little easier to work out as if the literal bird isn’t Flying/Poison I’ll eat your hat (please select an easily edible hat).

Ogerpon

Pokemon Scarlet Violet DLC The Teal Mask
Nintendo

The focal point of the Teal Mask is Ogerpon, this small and strange Pokémon we know very little about as of right now. It seemingly has multiple forms depending on whether it's wearing its mask or not, and based on the theme of the DLC, it’s likely got special Tera powers of some description, but that remains to be seen.

Terapagos

Nintendo

The only legendary we currently know of for the Indigo Disk, Terapagos is a large turtle (despite being named after the Galapagos tortoise) that also seems to have special Tera powers. It has symbols for all 18 types on its shell, so maybe it is able to freely choose its Tera-type. It also has a smaller form that has now been confirmed as simply an alternate form, not a pre-evolution as was speculated.

Raging Bolt - Paradox Raikou

Nintendo

While we’ve already had Walking Wake and Iron Leaves given to us in previous raid events, and now we’re getting the Paradox versions of Raikou and Cobalion too – which hopefully means Entei and Terrakion aren’t far to follow. As for Raikou, dubbed Raging Bolt, it takes the form of a giraffe with its head in the clouds, which is certainly a choice.

Iron Crown – Paradox Cobalion

Pokémon Iron Crown
Nintendo

This future Paradox Pokémon meanwhile goes for an even more proud and regal look than Cobalion’s original design, with brighter colors and bolder horns. “Crown” certainly seems like the right name for it.

Poltchageist

Poltchageist
The Pokémon Company International

This new Grass/Ghost-type Pokémon is deadly serious about having the proper etiquette when drinking your tea. It is said to drain the life force of any that do not abide by its rules because Pokémon just can't help themselves when it comes to dark implications. We don't know yet whether it is a separate Pokémon line or simply a branched evolution of Sinistea, but it's a strange newcomer either way.

Hydrapple

Pokemon SV Indigo Disk Hydrapple
Nintendo

This Dragon/Apple has been a bit of a star with these DLCs, as it got not one but two new evolutions, and Hydrapple is an absolutely beautiful piece of work. If the idea of the creature inside Applin being a dragon wasn't clear enough, Hydrapple has multiple heads sprout from it, each as adorable as the last.

Gouging Fire - Paradox Entei

Pokemon SV DLC Gouging Fire
Nintendo

As expected, the Indigo Disk has revealed the missing members of the Paradox Beast and Swords of Justice trios. First up is Paradox Entei, known as Gouging Fire, which looks bright, bold, and powerful in all the right ways. As any good past Paradox form should, Entei looks like an absolute monster in this form and we love it.

Iron Boulder - Paradox Terrakion

Nintendo via Reddit

The final Paradox Sword of Justice, the future forms always look a little bit less interesting than the past ones thanks to the homogenous theme, but Iron Boulder still manages to look like a beast we wouldn't want to mess with.
