It’s not an easy job harvesting resources all day, and if you’re not careful then your Pals might get hurt while doing their work. The risk of injury increases as the Pal’s mood and sanity drop, and you’ll need specialist equipment to deal with it, as these won’t go away on their own. How to heal Pal injuries in Palworld

Before you can get making medicine you need to craft a Medieval Medicine Workbench. It’s unlockable once you reach technology level 12 and can be crafted with 30 wood, 5 nails, and 10 Paldium Fragments.

Colds and Sprains

For a cold or sprain you need Low Grade Medical Supplies, which are crafted with:

• 5 Red Berries
• 2 Horns

Ulcers and Fractures

Pocketpair

For an ulcer or a fracture, you need Medical Supplies, which are crafted with:

• 3 Ingots
• 3 Horns
• 1 Bone

Weakened and Depressed

Pocketpair

If your Pals end up in either a weakened or depressed state you can cure them with High Grade Medical Supplies, which are crafted with:

• 5 Ingots
• 5 Horns
• 2 Bones
