Xbox Palworld online play fix
On Xbox consoles navigate to your full game library, and then down to the Manage option on the left menu. From here go to Updates and ensure that Palworld is fully updated.

Open the Microsoft Store app on your PC, open your Library, and then select Get Updates at the top of the menu.

Steam Palworld online play fix
Check your Downloads list and ensure the latest Palworld update is downloaded and installed.
If your game is updated, then it’s possible that the server you’re connecting to doesn’t have a version that matches your new game update, in which case you will need to contact the manager of the server.
