Shiny Pokémon are not easy to come by, and it is extremely rare that you can get a guaranteed shiny spawn in a Pokémon game. However, the latest Scarlet & Violet DLC, The Teal Masks, adds one more gifted shiny to that list, with a Shiny Munchlax that even comes with the Crafty Mark as an added bonus.

It’s not easy to get ahold of, so we’ll tell you how to get a free Shiny Munchlax in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.

You’re going to have to get some friends together to play the Ogre Ousting minigame, as to earn this Shiny Munchlax, you must complete all 11 levels of Ogre Ousting on Hard difficulty. While you can play these levels alone, you’ll quickly learn that it’s virtually impossible to pass the hardest levels on your own.

You’ll have to collect far more berries than one player can carry, and you won’t be able to defend your podiums against the Greedents that hinder your progress, so you’ll need to get a full party together to complete the game within the time limit.

However, if you manage it, you’ll get an incredible reward, as a Shiny Munchlax is not easy to come by, let alone one with the Crafty Mark. Of course, you can later evolve this Munchlax if you want to get yourself a Shiny Snorlax.
