Ever since it was revealed in one of the early Indigo Disk trailers, trainers have been itching to get their hands on Raging Bolt, aka Paradox Raikou. This long-necked tiger is a weird and wonderful-looking Pokémon, but you’ll need to complete Perrin’s quest in the Indigo Disk Pokémon DLC before you can find it.

We’ll tell you where to find Raging Bolt and how to catch it once you’ve discovered its location.

How to find and catch Raging Bolt in the Indigo Disk Pokémon DLC

Raging Bolt is a brand-new Paradox Pokémon added in the Indigo Disk DLC / Nintendo

Raging Bolt is waiting at the bottom of the grassy section of Area Zero, but the easiest way to find it is by starting at the top, from the standard Area Zero entry point. From there go out and turn left until you encounter the first little stream that goes off the cliff, forming a waterfall. Go down that waterfall and you’ll fall all the way down to the bottom of the area, and Raging Bolt will be right there waiting for you.

You’re then free to encounter Raging Bolt as you would like any other wild Pokémon, but come prepared so you can catch it, as you only get one chance.
