The secret boss of The Indigo Disk is Director Cyrano, the leader of the Blueberry Academy. You can invite him to battle you by paying 10 BP to the contributions. As soon as you contribute the BP, the battle will start, so make sure your team is ready.

You can unlock this option by inviting all of the Gym Leaders, Rika, Poppy, Clavell, Jacq, and Geeta at least once. Cyrano will invite you into battle, and if you win, he will trade a shiny Blitzle for any of your Pokémon, and give you 20k Pokédollars on top of that. You can also invite him back as much as you like by donating 10 BP each time you want to fight him.

Cyrano will trade a Blitzle for any of your Pokémon if you defeat him.

Indigo Disk: What is the secret boss's team?

Cyrano only uses Pokémon from Generation 5, the Unova region. He will always open with Zebstrika and Mandibuzz, the latter of which is running a supportive set. The other Pokémon can come in any order except his Serperior, which always comes out last and terastylizes to Rock type. This Pokémon is particularly scary as it can use Leaf Storm and then double its special attack, thanks to Contrary.

Cyrano only uses Gen 5 Pokémon on his team.
