The world of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is full of tough enemies and tougher bosses, so you’ll want your weapons to be up to scratch when you finally confront them. Thankfully, upgrading your weapons is a straightforward process, but finding the materials to do so often isn’t.

That’s why we’ll explain how to upgrade your weapons, and where you can find the resources to do so.

In The Haven is where you’ll find a variety of useful vendors, the blacksmith included. The problem is that you might have missed them, as the door to reach them won’t open the first time you pass through the area.

Return once you’ve found an Azure Damascus Ingot out in the world and the door should open, revealing the path to Kaheva the Blacksmith. She can craft a bunch of amulets in exchange for crystals, but more importantly, she can use Azure Damascus Ingots to upgrade your weapons so they do more damage. Plus, she can improve your amulets too, making their effects stronger.

While you’re there, you should accept her side quest too, as it will unlock more stuff in her shop.

These ingots are pretty rare items, and there is no reliable way to track them down. What we can say is that you’re most likely to find them in chests down hidden paths or behind tricky obstacles. If you see a path that looks like it takes you somewhere strange or a chest in a place you can’t yet reach with your abilities, mark it and come back later, as there’s a decent chance it will have Azure Damascus inside.
