All Resident Evil 4 remake costumes and accessories
Contents
The original Resident Evil 4 was full of cool costumes that you could unlock, making Leon, Ashley, and even Ada look cooler than ever. Resident Evil 4 remake also has a fair few costumes you can unlock, although you’ll need to pay for most of them. That said, there are also a bunch of accessories you can pick up from the in-game shop, some of which have an effect on gameplay.
We’ll show you through every Resident Evil 4 costume and accessory so you can pick out your favorites.
If you need some help with the main game, check out our guides for Blue Medallion locations and Clockwork Castellan locations.
Resident Evil 4 remake costumes – Leon
Jacket
The first two costumes are a little bit of a cheap trick, but you might find them worth it. The first is Leon with his jacket. He normally takes the jacket off at the end of the first chapter, but with this outfit, you can wear it for the entire game. You can buy it for 500CP after completing the main story.
Jacketless
Similarly, if you’re desperate to play through the first chapter without Leon’s jacket, then this is the outfit for you. Like the jacket, you can buy it for 500CP after completing the main story.
Pinstripe
Now this is a real classic Leon outfit, his pinstripe gangster suit. In the original, you had to complete the Separate Ways DLC to unlock this, but in this remake, it’s available to buy for 2000CP after completing the main story.
Resident Evil 4 remake costumes – Ashley
Jacket
Yup, it’s been done with Ashley as well. Ashley wears her jacket for all but the final chapter of the game, but if you want her to wear it all the way to the end, then you can buy it for 500CP after completing the main story.
Jacketless
And now the reverse. You can have Ashley go through the entire game without her jacket, just like Leon. You just have to buy it for 500CP after completing the main story.
Suit of Armor
Another returning outfit from the original game, it not only looks great but makes Ashley completely invulnerable to all attacks and prevents her from being picked up by enemies. To unlock it you must complete the main story on Hardcore mode with A rank or better, then buy it for 2000CP.
Resident Evil 4 remake costumes – DLC
Casual – Leon and Ashley
This gives both characters outfits they might wear on their days off. Leon looks like a man who’s never acted casual in his life, and Ashley looks like a mid-2000s punk-rocker – perfection.
Romantic – Leon and Ashley
These outfits make the characters look more like vampires than romantics, but it’s hard to argue with that tantalizing glimpse of Leon’s chest and windswept grey hair.
Hero – Leon only
This hero outfit decks Leon out in classic leather armor that wouldn’t look out of place in a Witcher game. On top of that, it adds a filter that makes the game look like it’s running on an old projector.
Villain – Leon only
On the other side of the coin, Leon’s villain outfit makes it look like he’s “going through a phase”, with all-black everything and blood-red eyes. To top it off, the filter that comes with this pack adds a murky red mist to the air.
