Host Geoff Keighley stated that The Game Awards 2023 would aim for a similar length as last year’s event, which took about 3.5 hours – it’s going to be a long night for European viewers.

Marco Wutz is a writer from Parkstetten, Germany. From there, he transitioned into writing about the games industry in general after his graduation, joining GLHF, a content agency specializing in video games coverage for media partners across the globe, in 2021.
