If you want to pre-load Warzone 2.0 ready for battle on November 16, then it’s pretty easy to do on PlayStation consoles. PS players in the UK and US will have to download the Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 game application in full.
The same applies to hopeful Xbox players.
Though, if you’re already a Modern Warfare II player, you have the option of simply downloading the Warzone 2.0 Content Pack. On PSN, you should see the “You already own another edition” option on Warzone 2.0’s store page if you already own MW2.
How to pre-load Warzone 2.0 on Battle.net
In order to pre-load Warzone 2.0 on Battle.net, you’ll need to open the Battle.net launcher and navigate to Warzone 2, then simply click install.
If this option isn’t visible to you, then you likely own MW2, and therefore do not require the additional install files to play Warzone 2.0 on launch.
How to pre-load Warzone 2.0 on Steam
As with Battle.net, if you already own MW2 on Steam, then Warzone 2.0 will already have all the necessary files installed.
If you haven’t got the MW2 installed, you can still pre-load on Steam through the solo application.
