Sunny meals can be made with Sundelions and other health items. Two Sundelions, meat, and Rock Salt will make great Sunny Salt-Grilled Meat. Sunny food will be essential if you don’t have many hearts to spare.

The Gloom Hands enemy is tough to take down, but if you aim arrows at the eyes in its palms and hit hard with your array of strong weapons, you will take it down. Don’t worry too much about standing in Gloom, just eat food to recover from it.

Phantom Ganon is a very cool fight, but you shouldn’t fear too much. Simply equip your strongest armor and take out your strongest weapons, and you can take down Phantom Ganon without too much trouble. Again, make sure you have plenty of food stocked up.
