The first puzzle is obvious, and simply teaches you that you can swim inside of Water Orbs.
Use it to get up to the next level.
A chest will repeatedly fall to your left here – you can use a Water Orb to catch it. Drag Water Orbs using the Ultrahand ability.
To your right Water Orbs will descend from above – use Recall on a Water Orb as it gets close to the ground, and then jump inside and ride it to the upper level.
The Water Orb dispenser in this next area will show you that the orbs can bounce – jump in one and ride it over to the next area.
In this last area, use Ultrahand to pick up the slab and attach it to the stone on the rail at a 90 degree angle.
Then, slide the stone on the rail in front of the Water Orb dispenser. This will shoot the Water Orbs into the air, and you can ride one up before Paragliding to the finish.
That’s everything you need to complete Igoshon Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
