The Lucky Clover Gazette is Hyrule’s best news source in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and you’ll see many Hylians reading the newspaper in stables and towns who will be happy to share the latest stories with Link.

Apart from being a valuable source of tips throughout your adventure, the paper and, more specifically, its headquarters is the starting point of the Potential Princess Sightings! side questline, in which you’ll be looking for newsy details about Princess Zelda over a dozen smaller quests.

Going to the Lucky Clover Gazette is also a necessary step to unlock the first of the Great Fairies during the Serenade to a Great Fairy quest.

In this guide, we will pinpoint the exact location of the Lucky Clover Gazette in Tears of the Kingdom, help you start the Potential Princess Sightings! side adventure, and give you an overview of the rewards for each quest you do with Penn.

If you are already on your way to Rito Village to find Tulin, which you should do as part of one of the game’s main quests, you’ll likely pass by the newspaper’s HQ. In case you’ve missed it, the exact map coordinates for Lucky Clover Gazette are -3254, 1763, 0119.

The shortest trip on horseback from Lookout Landing to Lucky Clover Gazette is via New Serenne Stable, where you can catch and register your first horse, if you don’t already have one.

You then ride south across the Hyrule Ridge and into the Tabantha Frontier after crossing the Tabantha Bridge. From there, you just follow the main road going around Piper Ridge and then north around Nero Hill, and cross the Kolami Bridge. You will find a more detailed route in our Where’s Tulin? guide.

After Kolami Bridge, follow the road north until you reach Lucky Clover Gazette. The newspaper’s headquarters looks just like a stable, with a big horse head on the roof and staggered smoke puffs making it easy to spot from far away.

How to start the Lucky Clover Gazette quests - TotK

Traysi will also mention the location of the first Great Fairy, Tera, who rests near the Woodland Stable in the Eldin region. You can read all about Tera in our Serenade to a Great Fairy quest guide.

Lucky Clover Gazette quest rewards - TotK

The big reward for completing all side quests in the adventure is the Froggy armor set, which provides Link with full slip resistance, allowing you to climb slippery surfaces, including cliffs in rainy weather.
