This Shrine is all about the Balloon Zonai device. This is literally a hot air balloon, as if you place heat underneath the balloon, it will raise into the air. It’s a good time to note that there are several lit candles in the room, and you can move these with Ultrahand. Place a flat wooden board on the floor, and attach a Balloon to the top. Place a candle or some other fire under the Balloon to get it moving up. You can then Paraglide over to the upper level.

There’s a switch above the door here. You’ll need to a place a Balloon under the switch, and then give it some flame to have it rise and hit the switch, opening the door.

In this next room there’s a small and a large puzzle orb you need to get up to the next floor – you only need the small puzzle orb up to complete the shrine, but if you’re looking for a challenge, you can use the same strategy for the large puzzle orb and a chest.

Again build a Balloon with a flat wooden board on the bottom. You can simply attach a puzzle orb and, when the Balloon gets high enough, throw the puzzle orb over to the upper level.
