How to start The Sludge-Covered Statue quest – Zelda TOTK
You can start this quest when you arrive in Zora’s Domain for the first time. Head for the center of the town and you’ll see that the are has been covered in sludge, along with a statue in the center of town.
A unique Zora nearby, named Yona, is talking about the statue, and how awful it is that it is covered with sludge. Once you’ve spoke with Yona and the other other Zora, you will start The Sludge-Covered Statue quest.
Sludge-Covered Statue quest solution – Zelda TOTK
This is a pretty simple task, and it’ll indicate how to get rid of sludge in Zora’s Domain from now on: just use water.
In order to get water for this task, you could possibly use a Hydrant Zonai Device, if you happen to have a capsules containing one in your inventory. If not, you can also throw a Splashfruit at the statue, and this also works just as effectively.
If you don’t have either of those, then you should check the nearby rivers and hills for Splashfruit growing nearby. Once complete, you’ll start the Sidon of the Zora quest that will lead you to the Water Temple.
The next quest is this chain is Restoring the Zora Armor.
