FUT Birthday is one of the traditional highlights on the annual calendar of EA Sports’ soccer games and FIFA 23 certainly isn't an exception – in fact, EA is going all out for the final celebration in a FIFA-branded iteration of the series before EA Sports FC 24 comes into the picture. The Token Swaps program accompanying the promo is in full swing already and Team 1 is out in the wild.

So, we've had Team 1, yes, but what about Team 2? Well, Team 2 will be released on March 31, 2023, and includes another wave of upgraded cards. Thanks to the ever reliable leaker community of FUT we already know of a few players joining the fun.

Here’s everything we know about FIFA 23 FUT Birthday’s players ahead of release.

Mesut Özil was initially leaked for FUT Birthday's Team 1, but the announcement of his retirement might have changed EA's plans for him at the last moment.
