Genshin Impact 3.5 update: events, TCG content, and free fates
Contents
HoYoverse has announced some juicy details about what awaits Genshin Impact players in update 3.5 of the action RPG.
Dehya and Mika join the roster of Genshin Impact characters on the 3.5 banners and a new set of gliding wings is available for Prime Gaming members.
It also seems like some of our beloved NPC are being fleshed out more, because there is love in the air between Timaeus and Ying'er.
Genshin Impact 3.5 event: Windblume Festival
The game version, which is called Windblume’s Breath, brings back the Windblume Festival in Mondstadt. This entails a whole bunch of mini-games you can participate and earn rewards in, such as the rhythm game Ballads of Breeze, the maze chase game Floral Pursuit, and the photo-touring game Breezy Snapshots.
Story-wise, we’ll be able to welcome guests from Sumeru in Mondstadt as Collei, Cyno, and Tighnari join the festivities – let’s hope for the long-awaited reunion of Amber and Collei, who have a memorable past depicted in the Genshin Impact manga.
Genshin Impact 3.5 quests: Dehya, Faruzan, and Dainsleif
Update 3.5 has a whole lot more story in tow, though: Dehya gets a Story Quest exploring her character a bit more, Faruzan gets a relaxed Hangout Event, and the game’s main storyline, the Archon Quest, also continues with a chapter called Caribert as we run into an old and still mysterious acquaintance in Sumeru: Dainsleif. We’ll also team up with Kaeya to find out more about the Abyss Order and our lost sibling. Are you excited for some more lore bombs?
Genshin Impact 3.5 updates: Fates and TCG
Speaking of Archon Quests, here’s a welcome surprise: You’ll receive Intertwined Fates for completing Archon Quests in the future – a bonus that is even awarded retroactively, which should net you a total of 22 Intertwined Fates for character wishes.
Genshin Impact’s in-game TCG, Genius Invokation, gets new updates as well. Three fresh character cards will become available: Eula, Sangonomiya Kokomi, and Kujou Sara join the fun. Time to update your Genshin TCG character tier list and best decks.
The Heated Battle Mode, where Elemental Dice required for playing cards and casting Character Skills are reduced, returns for another run.
